Boating Safety classes set Saturday in Fallon

Flotilla 05 and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary are sponsoring a one-day, eight-hour boating safety course beginning at 8 a.m. this Saturday at the Fallon Naval Air Station. Students who take the class can also participate in a water training on July 15.

U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 14-5 hosts a free boating safety course from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 28, at 910 Roland Ave. in the Reynolds Industrial Center off Florida 16 in Green Cove Springs. The course helps a boater obtain the state Boater Safety ID Card, required by Florida law for anyone born after January 1, 1988. 

 ASUN to offer free boaters education
