Sean Kingston 'critical, but stable' 2 days after crash

(CNN) -- When Sean Kingston crashed a jet ski into a Miami bridge Sunday night, his life vest apparently fell off causing the hip-hop star to sink below the water, according to witnesses.
Kingston is in "critical but stable condition" in the intensive care unit of a Miami hospital, according to a statement issued Tuesday morning by the publicist for his record label.

Coast Guard finds body of missing boater

According to the U.S. Coast Guard, a sailboat belonging to Francis Closter was found at a pier in Riverhead, N.Y. around 5:30 a.m. The boat was up against the pier with sails up and electronics turned on, and Closter's wallet and glasses were found onboard, the Coast Guard said

Divers from area law enforcement agencies search Leonard's Mill Pond that divides Delmar and Salisbury on Thursday afternoon for a man whose kayak toppled about 4:30 p.m. The pond wends through residential communities in both Delmar and Salisbury and is estimated at about 10 feet deep in the search area, according to a neighbor.
